Po Planu (“По Плану”) does not collect your personal data, does not store it on any server, and does not sell it to third parties. Below is exactly what happens to information inside the app.
All tasks, goals, their titles, dates and settings are stored only on your device. The app has no server of its own and nothing is sent to the developer. The only exception is the optional backup that you create yourself (see below).
If you add a task by voice, the recording is processed by Apple’s system speech recognition service (Speech framework). Depending on your device and iOS version, this may happen on the device itself or on Apple’s servers; that is standard iOS behaviour. The app does not store recordings and has no access to them after recognition.
Task reminders and the evening summary are scheduled locally through the iOS notification system. This does not involve any servers or sending data anywhere.
The widget reads the task list from shared protected storage on the device itself (App Group) in order to show current data, and marks completed tasks there too. This is also entirely local.
Only if you tap “Create backup” in settings does the app save a copy of your tasks, goals and settings to the iOS Keychain on your device. If iCloud Keychain is turned on in your phone settings, Apple syncs it to your other devices with end-to-end encryption; the developer has no access to it. The copy stays in your Keychain after the app is deleted so that you can restore it after reinstalling.
If you tap “Save to Photos” on the Results screen, the app saves a picture of your statistics to Photos. Access is requested for adding only: the app does not read your photo library.
Microphone access, speech recognition, photo access and notifications can be turned off at any time in your device settings: Settings → Po Planu, where you can also turn them back on. Voice input can also be switched off inside the app’s own settings.
Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device. The exception is the optional backup in your Keychain, which stays so that you can restore it after reinstalling. Your data was never sent to the developer, so no deletion request to us is needed.
